Doyle Marches to 200.

Midlands endurance athlete Paddy Doyle marched to his 200th milestone career strength speed stamina record, the challenge was to complete 26 ardeous miles over cross country whilst carrying a 60 lb back pack. The former para had to navigate over hills, through streams and muddy footpaths. He was assisted by pacers from Stamina's boxing self defence gym from Birmingham, and members of 1st and 2 nd Battalion Parachute Regiment. His finishing time was 7hrs 51 mins. Since then he has also achieved two more fitness endurance records bringing his total of records / challenges since 31 July 2010 to 22.

 Doyle has eight more  physical fitness feats to go before he beats the current record of 29 records in a calender year. However the major difference from the previous title of 29 records, is that Doyle is achieving more tougher feats and is also beating other record holders.

The Parachute Regiment are supporting Paddy Doyle with outdoor hill /mountain training kit, for his up and coming strength speed stamina records. Paratrooper Sgt Richy Clatworthy heard of Doyles quest to push his mark of fitness endurance records to 200 title's and beyond. Any funds which are raised will be donated to injured soldiers who are being cared.

Snowden Challenge Walk 13th June 2010.

5 Fire Service staff members from Binley Fire Station Coventry, walked up and down Mount Snowden along the Llanberis path carrying 18kg to 35 kg of fire equipement each. Finishing time was 4 hrs, 54 mins, 28 sec's. Leading the group along the route was Paddy Doyle carrying full kit, the group support team was Vince Brereton, Michael Green, Mark Brereton and Chris Harding. The Fire Service members who attempted the challenge walk were.

Back packs were weighed and checked by Vince Brereton who confirmed with the support team that the weight carrrid was correct.Money raised from the challenge went towards the Fire Fighters Charity {Binley Young Firefighters, Coventry UK}.

Paddy Doyle is hoping to clock up a massive 200 strength speed stamina fitness endurance records over the next 3 years. The former paratrooper and ex amateur boxer has been pushing his body both mentally and physically for over 20 years. But now the Endurance Champion wants to hit the target of holding 200 challenge title records, which will come under several different sporting disciplines.

"I'm fighting fit and ready for the challenge ahead, I have sustained many injuries including a sprained ankle, but I am determined to achieve the new title, being the only athlete to reach the 200 mark in more than one sports catergory," said Doyle.

"Every record is a challenge in itself, which is great as it pushes me mentally and physically, I have to be in the very best condition I can be for the next ultra fitness endurance record / title," added Paddy.
